Just completed the sugar modelling 3 week course together with my teenage daughter. It was absolutely amazing and I will be booking another class soon. So many good tips from Gillian. I was a complete and utter beginner but I was really pleased with the models I made- they look so professional! It was a really lovely mum/daughter thing to do and I would highly recommend It.

Having bought fabulous birthday cakes & cupcakes from Gillian over the last few years, I attended her new sugar modelling classes over 3 evenings: they were great! Her teaching style is very relaxed & encouraging,and I made models I wouldn’t have believed I could have! I would highly recommend attending for a fun and inspiring time!

My daughter and I attended one of Gillians courses & what an amazing experience. Her teaching skills are fab and we produced stuff we never thought possible – I’d highly recommend any of her courses – great value – great facilities – great teacher – great hostess!

Kitchen facilities are really good and results from everyone in the class were amazing.
